Shipping.

As each jewellery item is handmade to order, please allow up to 3 weeks from the day of purchase for your order to be made + dispatched. If you require your jewellery at short notice, please send an email to info@daisyv.com. Any orders that contain lifestyle products only will be dispatched within 5 working days.

All items are sent via Royal Mail and packaged using 100% plastic free and recycled, biodegradeable materials.

  • USA - £20 - Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days)

  • New Zealand - £20 - Royal Mail International Tracked (5-7 working days)


Please note: Should you live in a destination that charges customs or import duties, you will be charged for these once the parcel reaches it’s destination country, which is your responsibility. Unfortunately, I cannot advise on these charges as these vary from country to country, but I would recommend speaking with your local customs office before placing an order. Whilst I complete the relevant customs information forms for items shipped outside of the UK, I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to items being held up at customs.

 

Returns.

My aim is to create jewellery that you’ll love and treasure forever, however if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, DAISYV offers a full refund on unworn items within 14 days of purchase. Please send an email to info@daisyv.com stating the reason for your return. Once the return has been authorised, please return the item/s in their original packaging and a full refund minus postage will be given upon receipt.

Please post returns back using a tracked & signed service with insurance. I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing en route. Returns can also be processed in person, in the studio, within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds cannot be given on sale items, custom or personalised items. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are also non-returnable.

Lastly, please bear in mind that my collection is finished to create a rustic, handmade aesthetic, so any nicks and scratches are all part of the finish and add to it’s uniqueness! This also means that no two items are exactly the same and may differ slightly from the pictures.
